  • Abstract
The use of near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM) carried out at low temperature (5K) and magnetic fields up to 10 Tesla will be described, to investigate regions of strong confinement (e.g., quantum dots) in semiconductor alloys containing nitrogen .
