Abstract :
This paper proposes the transmission control materials consisting with negative permittivity and high permittivity materials. As the negative permittivity material, wire grids were used here. Laminated structures consisting of the wire grid and dielectric material with high permittivity are proposed. HF transmission characteristics are evaluated by transmission line model and by measurements in free space.
