Abstract :
This paper presents a new index system for measuring the supply chain risk in the basis of previous research. The system framework is presented by: self risk, cooperation risk and system risk. By using this new index system, supply chain enterprise can evaluate its supply chain risk, and take corresponding measures to avoid uncertain risk.
