Abstract :
Aiming at the characters of pulse compression radar video echo signal, propose a new radar video compression coding algorithm. Based on the new algorithm, design the network transmission system and validated it. The result shows the new algorithm has better performance, the network transmission system based on it can realize a long time record for radar video, keep the precise structure of target echo, and realize the information sharing.
