Abstract
The C2R and C2GS2 model of DEA have been described firstly. Next, in the light of the principle of systemic, scientific and comparability, by integrating the realities of the large and medium Enterprises in China, the evaluation indicator system has been set up. And then, by using the DEA method, the paper has evaluated and analyzed the technical validity and scale validity of technological innovation efficiency of large and medium enterprises in Chinese 31 provinces empirically, and pointed out the characters of technological innovation input and output of large and medium enterprises in different type provinces. The results show that there is a very strong positive correlation between the technical validity and scale validity of technological innovation efficiency of large and medium enterprises in every province and each region should take effective measures to increase technological innovation efficiency of large and medium enterprises according to local conditions appropriately.
