Abstract :
Team climate for innovation is a combining site of innovation research and team research. The correlative research is relatively weak in China. This paper reviews relative literatures, and uses the most popular Team Climate Inventory (TCI) to investigate 142 team members of 21 teams. The result shows that TCI has good internal consistency and reliability in China. Significant positive relationships were found between TCI scales and the team innovativeness. But the structure of TCI is a little different with foreign studies and team climate for innovation which affects basic research teams and technology development teams is a little different. This study will develop the innovation research of R&D teams, and it will also have significance on team innovation management.
