Abstract
This paper points out the problem in Collaborative Learning Platform (CLP), and then makes reference to the model of collaborative knowledge building. Under the guidance of it, three principles are proposed: optimize basic requirements, enhance extended requirements and broaden external integration. Each principle is converted into several strategies so that they can be applied.
