Abstract :
The virtual prototyping technology led to the revolution of the electric-hydraulic-mechanical system design. One key technology of the virtual prototyping technology is the simulation. The simulation methods based on single software and multi software integrated will coexist in a long period. Specializations, Modularization, General-purpose interface are the main characteristics of the simulation software developing. For the mathematic model simulation and the virtual physical model simulation, there have some excellent software. The Matlab/Simscape integrated the mathematic model simulation and the virtual physical model simulation together, so the control algorithm applied in the electric-hydraulic-mechanical system can be validated before actual production. Constructed the virtual prototyping model of an actual electric-hydraulic-mechanical system by Matlab/Simscape, identified the system mathematic model according the simulation result, and then validated it by compared with the mechanism modeling result. The Simscape simulation, and the characteristic of the virtual prototyping technology based on Simscape have been summarized.
