Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a video coding scheme based on an analytical synthesis approach using wavelet (t+2D) coding and meshes for the representation of movement. We proposed a technique for projecting the texture on the sampling grid reference and a technical definition of texture in areas that not defined. Both techniques are used to define the trajectories of movement to effectively exploit a temporal wavelet transform. The temporal wavelet transform has been implemented in a lifting form and the under temporal bands were transformed spatially with an adaptive manner according to their nature. Then, we presented the implementation of the scalability in the encoder. Finally there are experimental results.
