Optimizing Entrepreneurial Environment to Promote the Development of Entrepreneurial SMEs´ Informationization in Heilongjiang Province

This paper attempts to establish the synthetic evaluation index model, utilizes fuzzy analysis to analyze Entrepreneurship environment of Heilongjiang Province, and draws the conclusions that Entrepreneurship environment in Heilongjiang Province needs to improve. Considering the problems in the development of entrepreneurship environment, this paper puts forward some suggestion and countermeasures on how to encourage the development of entrepreneurial activities to promote informationization of Entrepreneurial SMEs in Heilongjiang Province, thereby narrowing the gap with the developed coastal regions.
