ISDN applications in the business environment

Reviews the infrastructure which is being established through the initial implementation of ISDN. Then, the present communications environment of a hypothetical business customer is characterized. The communications environment of this customer is advanced, but represents the composite networking situation at many of today´s leading-edge companies. The possible enhancements to the company communications environment and operating efficiency which can be achieved through use of a variety of ISDN applications are examined.
