Abstract :
The key to win the market for the supply chain organizations is to reduce the total cost of logistics and to provide best service for customers. According to analyzing the logistics status of the manufactures, this paper presents a closed-loop optimization system based on cutting down the inventory, sharing the information, and with the feedback be times to make the logistics cost reduced step by step.
