Abstract
This paper is aimed to search for approaches for information technology (IT) applications and knowledge management (KM) for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Based on the analyses of IT and KM for competitive advantage, it proposes an IT-based KM framework for enterprises to obtain competitive advantage.
