Abstract
Video delivery over wireless radio channel is the most difficult part in multimedia communication because of the vulnerability of a video bitstream encoded using a current video coding standard. Therefore it is necessary that a video bitstream needs to have some error resilient features. It has been shown that using ECC (error correction coding) for error resilient video coding is much more efficient and effective than the standard error resilient video coding tools, represented by resynchronisation and data partitioning etc in the international MPEG-4 video coding standard. This work shows that the original ECC approach can further be improved using dynamic ECC
