The Study on the Influencing Factors on Information Sharing and Information Quality

Information sharing and information quality can promote high level of coordination in supply chain management, and it can bring competitive advantage for organization in the long run. It is necessary to research what factors impacts on information sharing and information quality. The influencing factors on information sharing and information quality are examined in this paper on manufacturer´s perspective. Based on a survey of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the factors that affect information sharing and information quality have been raised. Firstly, Relationship quality between manufacturer and supplier included trust, power and interdependence, Secondly, Manufacturer internal factors included senior management support, intranet technical support, innovation organization culture and employee capacity, Third, the factors we discussed above impact information sharing and information quality in different ways.
