Research on the Forestry Risk Management System Based on the View of Finance Innovation

China´s forestry development is always restricted by various risks consistently, which seriously impact on the profound development of forestry industry in China. Therefore, a long-term and effective forestry risk management is imperative. Along with the innovation of financial tools, how to use them in the risk management system of forestry is significant to raise the level of risk management. The thesis focuses on analyzing all sorts of risks forestry industry faced with and resolving them in the link of industry chain. According to the risk analysis, the thesis devises forest risk management as a whole system which consists of “forest insurance + forest order + futures of forest products + asset securitization”, and gives some related suggestions about the implementation of relevant strategy.
