Abstract :
Along with the development of economy and information technology and growth of the peoplepsilas health demand, Chinapsilas healthcare informatization has undergone three stages as many countries. In the 1st stage, many hospitals introduced computer technology to hospitalpsilas health economic management and established hospital management information system, which effectively improved management efficiency and overall development of a hospital. The 2nd stage is characterized by CIS, LIS and RIS integration and e-health basis. In the 3rd stage, the most important task is to realize regional data resource sharing through the establishment of collaborative healthare system to maximize the use of medical resources, rationalize the allocation of resources, lower medical costs so that the broad masses of the people can enjoy the best quality, most convenient and most timely medical services. Through brief analysis of the three stages of healthcare informatization, the author puts forward the view that electronic health in China has broad space of application and promotion. To construct a regional collaborative healthcare system is the only way to develop sustainable electronic health. The important role of regional collaborative healthcare service system for the development of electronic health is to supply more effective communication among hospitals, urban and rural areas, doctors and the public, health and regulatory departments and healthcare institutions. In Beijing, Dalian, Xiamen, regional collaborative medical service demonstration projects are being established by combining government, companies, universities, research institutions. Research and development are being combined in order to establish a new digital model of healthcare services and business process standards, establish a complete system of modern health supply-chain, establish a regional collaborative healthcare sharing platform for the realization unified dispatch, establish distribution and service - - sharing of medical resources within three levels regional medical institutions, establish regional collaborative healthcare monitoring and evaluation of shared services system, provide patient transferring between community and larger central hospitals, establish remote medical imaging consultation, reserving online, remote medical records for test results, online patient follow-up counseling and treatment services. E-health is a ldquocomprehensive national health information platformrdquo, and also is a milestone for peoplepsilas health all over the world. We will take the improvement of peoplepsilas health level as our responsibility, and vigorously promote international cooperation, and establish an open, joint, and win-win cooperation mechanism in order to develop e-health systems rapidly and sustainably.
