Abstract :
Based on the viewpoints of synergistic theory and the concept of coupling and coordination, this paper establishes coupling coordination degree model of interaction between upstream and downstream enterprises. Furthermore, it puts forward coupling coordination degree model which includes efficacy function, coupling degree function, coupling coordination degree function. This paper also establishes and analyses indicator system of enterprises relationship on the basis of an example,analyses the development and change of the coupling between upstream and downstream enterprises, and provides quantitative decision-making basis in order to maintain and improve partnership. Finally, it proposes some suggestions for the future research. Scientific and reasonable evaluation of interaction between upstream and downstream enterprises contributes to the improvement of relationship. Many scholars have conducted a lot of qualitative and quantitative researches on upstream and downstream enterprises. Results of this paper show that it is reasonable to evaluate interaction between upstream and downstream enterprises with coupling and coordination degree model.
