Abstract :
The Vodafone Group RnD-D successfully translated a method to describe system´s requirements from the field of software development to service creation. Due to upcoming technical innovations and an increase in the maturity of the market of mobile communications the process of service creation has to be addressed by every company working in this branch. This paper proposes a viable solution to these problems by portraying the use case method which is already deployed by the Vodafone Group RnD-D.
