  • Abstract
    Knowledge recognized as a valuable resource will behove organizations to develop a mechanism for tapping into the collective intelligence and skills of employees aimed at creating a greater organizational knowledge base. There is no doubt that knowledge as a decisive factor affecting an organization´s ability to gain competitive advantage. Therefore, given the importance of knowledge management, there is an increasing number of organizations begin to conduct knowledge management as a core organizational behaviors. However, due to little related experience, companies always face various problems when they implement the chosen knowledge management strategy. Therefore, taking this situation as a motivation, the author of this paper proposes a conceptual framework for the organizational knowledge management strategy implementation project aimed at offering a practical guideline for practitioners and academicians.
