Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of internal and external research on current situation of performance appraisal for cooperative manufacturing project in virtual enterprise, this paper firstly probes into the complete process of performance appraisal for cooperative manufacturing project; and secondly, the selection principle of performance appraisal indexes is clear, and then, performance appraisal indexes system of cooperative performance is constructed by using the method of Grey Correlation analysis and cooperative performance appraisal criterion is established by consulting the theory of Grey System; thirdly, the determination of indexes weigh of cooperative performance appraisal based on state equation is discussed; finally, grey classifications of performance appraisal and comprehensive appraisal process with grey cluster are determined and the performance appraisal model for cooperative manufacturing project in virtual enterprise is formed. Meanwhile, the applied research is made in combing with the practice of performance appraisal of power products of cooperative manufacturing project in virtual enterprise.
