Abstract :
The core competence of the corporation may ensure the enterprise to win in the intense competition of market. The Balanced Scorecard is used to analyze and discuss the core competence of the corporation in the article. The Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation are carried on the appraisal.
