Study & Application of Grey Correlation Analysis in Lean Production

This paper elaborates on the basic principles and methods of lean production, analyses the need of the Pacific company adopting lean production. aiming at the counting process about the outer joint factory peeling scarfskin of workpiece, adopts grey correlation analysis methods to evaluate the improvement projects, educes the most optimal project to enhance their production efficiency, increase the purpose of the economic benefit of enterprises. And sums up the matters needing attention in the course of implementing to provide reference for the related to enterprise applying lean production in the future.
