Abstract
A well-known appliance production enterprise X of China plans to operate a new type of appliance maintenance service model Y based on the current situation and prospect of the appliance maintenance service industry market. Y is going to create an independent third-party appliance maintenance service brand and its service model will be chain operation which is a new type of Chinapsilas appliance maintenance service industry. How to choose the locations of chain shops scientifically is an important problem of Y. This paper put forward related factors which influenced location selection of the enterprise according to the characteristics of appliance maintenance service and the enterprisepsilas development strategy, combining with the theory of chain enterprisepsilas location selection at home and abroad, and determined the weight of influence factors by using AHP with the help of 81 managers from appliance Xpsilas after-sales networks all over the country. The result has good reference meaning to the rapid and effective location selection of the enterprise.
