Abstract :
Aiming to solve the problem of strong subjective and low efficiency allocation on human resources in multi-project environment, this paper develops an allocation method. Based on the simulation calculating by EXCEL, this paper proposes multi-dimensional model (MD model) method. Firstly, every task should be filtered out adoptable member with the ability level meet all the task requirements, then, according to the constraint condition that person without repeating allocation and the number of person assigned to every task is two people, it assembles several kinds of allocation plans, Finally, we solve several kinds of allocation plans, in which when the positive effect of person to Multi-projects comes to maximum, we get the best allocation of human resources. The simulation example shows that the MD model has strongpoint of clarity and facility. It is a scientific and efficiency method to scheduling human resources.
