Abstract :
In this paper, we analyzed the goal, rules and implementation of innovation management according to analytic hierarchy process method. Based on the construction of discriminant matrix and calculation of relative weight and composite weight, we constructed the resource allocation decision-making model for organizational innovation management. Meanwhile, by considering the different characters of organizations, we discussed some specific decision-making methods depending on this model and this provides quantitative references for innovation management decision on resource allocation.
