A Electronic Commerce Risk Evaluation Method Based on AHP and GRA

This paper proposes an effective fusion of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) approach for the risk evaluation in Electronic Commerce (EC) development. The hybrid method employs the complementary strength of these two appealing techniques, in which, the criteria weight obtained by applying AHP approach, and the GRA approach used to get the overall performance measure of EC risk. At last, experimental results are shown in this paper to verify the effectiveness of the hybrid model.
