Abstract :
The paper interpreted the knowledge transfer from the constructivist perspective based on the social constructivism learning theory, and divided the entire process into four stages: recognition, interaction, application and integration. This paper built the influence factors model of knowledge transfer under the theory of social constructivism, and introduced the team learning. After the theoretical review, the author pointed that the team learning includes four acts: experiments, communication, reflection and recording. Then analyzed the mechanism of these behaviors upon knowledge transfer, and built the influence model of team learning to the knowledge transfer. And the most important is that the paper substituted the knowledge transfer with team learning for the measurement, which provided an important guiding significance for improving the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.
