Abstract :
The construction industry is plagued by risk and often has suffered poor performance as a result. The construction of Bohai cross sea channel is a comprehensive transport construction with great significance. In order to evaluate the risk of Bohai Strait Cross-sea Channel, the method of fuzzy risk analysis was applied. Based on the epistemic or knowledge-based uncertainty, the paper adopts the method of fuzzy risk analysis to evaluate the risk of the project. The project is divided into six sub-projects, and the table of assessment fuzzy data is built, and the risk degree is calculated. Analysis result indicates that the factors which affect the project in turn are geographical conditions, technological level, accidents, capital, resource use and policy and legislation, and the risk degree of Bohai Strait project is middle to upper level. The planners and investors of the project can carry out the risk management according to the result.
