Abstract :
Logistic enterprises in China is developing quickly. They can help other enterprises lessen storage, reduce cost, save resource consumption and improve the core competence. However, on the one hand, 40% enterprises do not satisfy the logistics service provided by 3PL enterprises. On the other hand, current evaluation method does not consider customer demand. So, 3PL enterprise can not improve their logistics business effectively. With quality function deployment (QFD) idea, a new evaluation method based on QFD is proposed. Meantime, performance index system and customer demand are given in this paper. The detailed evaluation steps are also represented. Finally, the case study shows the validity of this method.
