Abstract
The level of undergraduate education satisfaction directly reflects the service quality of higher education, and has great practical significance and value in guiding higher education institutions´ service activities. After introducing the meaning of undergraduate education satisfaction, through empirical research, this study analyzes the status and problems of undergraduate education satisfaction of higher education institutions, finds that the level of the higher education satisfaction is not high, students´ diverse needs can not be meet, and education administration department lacks of service awareness. Therefore, higher education institutions should establish a marketing management philosophy which is customer-centered, and takes students as the foremost, use marketing thinking and strive to meet the needs of students, improving the undergraduate education satisfaction of the higher education institutions.
