Supply chain can be considered as the artery of enterprises, its excellent operation plays a vital role on the efficiency of enterprises. Nowadays, most of the supply chain projects focus their attentions only on the cost savings through inventory optimization(reduction of raw materials, work-in-process and finished product ), but the production, seen as the core of supply chain, has not been effectively integrated into the seamless processes yet. Therefore, the integration of production and supply chain will be more potential on improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. In short, if the enterprises want to compete under the intense market environment and finally obtain success, they must establish flexible and quickly-response process flows, but the only way to realize this goal is coordinating and seamlessly connecting the supply chain, the business process flow, the production equipment, the planning and controlling system into a auto-adaptive system.
