Abstract :
Based on the kinetic model of genetic positive - negative feedback regulation system, We have investigated that the transcriptional rate can regulate genetic regulation system. Brief perturbations can elicit oscillations for a low steady state in positive and negative feedback loop, and the amplitude of oscillations is varying with changing of the transcriptional rate. Furthermore, the effects of fluctuations in the transcriptional rate have been clarified that the fluctuations occur oscillations through numerical computation.
