The Design and Construction of the Strategic Alliance Information System in New Coal Mining Areas

The strategic alliance information system of new coal mining areas is the main support system for decision-making and management. In order provide the necessary support for production management of Coal enterprise within the union and alliance overall planning decision-making, this paper studies the content formation mechanism of the alliance information system from the perspective of information component, summarizes the constitutive principle of alliance information system, designs the objectives which the alliance information system need to achieve, establishes an information system platform of coal strategic alliance based on ASP mode, discusses the realization of the function of the alliance information platform from the aspect of the information platform system structure and some key technologies the platform should to carry out, etc.
