  • Abstract
Normally, In China, the water conservancy program was created and maintained under the agents of Chinese government. The administrative decision-making is very important for construction and management regulatory agencies. However the decision-making procedure has been low in efficiency for the past few years. An administrative DSS based on multi-agent technology is proposed in this paper, which improves the decision-making effectiveness and efficiency through the distributed collaboration of different decision-making agents. Recently, China has launched more and more large-scale water projects, which were managed with new program technology by the management agents.
