Abstract :
A temperature and humidity real-time detector is designed. The detector uses 51 SCM as control core. Humidity is measured with HM1500 transducer and conversed with 0832 A/D converter. Temperature is measured with intelligent sensor DS18B20. The output is displayed with LCD 1602. The detector has functions such as alarm set by keyboard; sound and light alarm exceed the limit; relay output control and serial communication. The detector is simulated by software Proteus and the hardware debugging is simplified. The measured error is ±0.1°C of temperature and ±3% of humidity for comparison of the experimental data and theoretical data. The detector has advantages of simple circuit, small volume and convenient carrying, and is suitable for online monitoring of 1~100% for humidity and -55~+125°C for temperature.
