Abstract :
From the perspective of growth efficiency, the paper puts emphasis on the research on innovation development and low-carbon growth of China Software Cities. Firstly on the basis of the evaluation index system of innovation & low-carbon mechanism the paper analyzes the growth efficiency of 7 typical China software cities such as Beijing, Shanghai etc.. Then with gray relative entropy method and dissipation theory different growth efficiency of 7 typical China software cities is derived. Eventually according to the empirical study results a conclusion is obtained, namely the optimal growth effect is decided by both innovation capacity and low-carbon government.
