Abstract

Owing to the complexity of apparel supply chain and variability of market demand, apparel manufactures in China are faced with many risks, which cause apparel supply chain instable. In this paper, the author points out risks of apparel supply chain(ASC), including cooperation risks, information risks, supply risks, demand risks, and environment risks. Based on the introduction of risks existed in ASC, this paper analyzes the risk management framework of ASC and focuses on the construction of risk early-warning mechanism of ASC. Finally, some key problem in risk early-warning mechanism of ASC operating is analyzed.
