Abstract :
A method of innovation capability comprehensive evaluation is put forward in this paper. On the basis of factor analysis and DEA analysis, the quadrant method is used for cross and comprehensive analysis of innovation capability. The results of comprehensive evaluation of innovation ability can be more fully reflect the nature of the problem than by a single evaluation method. This paper also gives the empirical analysis of innovation ability of manufacturing in 30 provinces by using the method.
