Abstract :
The problems connected to creation of intelligence systems are considered. There are problems of information representation, transformation of this information in the process of search of the solving a problem and the issue of uncertainty connected to ambiguity, an inaccuracy of the information definition. It is offered to consider the ontology approach based on usage of concepts and relations, relevant to a natural language, and the constructions constructed of them for formalization of process of the decision of tasks by intellectual system.
