Abstract :
ZigBee is a low-rate, low-power consumption and low-cost wireless standard. It is suitable for the Home Automation (HA) wireless sensor network (WSN). In this paper, the ZigBee technology is introduced. A Home Automation system based on the CC2430 chip is designed. The structure of the HA WSN system, network topology, design of the hardware and software are also described in the paper. Through the experiment, this wireless network system is proved feasible and practical.
