Abstract :
In this paper, traditional identity authentication based on discrete logarithms is first given, and the faults of the algorithm are pointed out. Secondly we research on the semi-group characteristics of Chebyshev Polynomials, and find a new one-way trap-door function. In the end, an identity authentication scheme based on the function is present, and the feasibility and security of the algorithm are analysized.
