Abstract :
A digital model which simulates the working of the individual switching transistor in a series-gated ECL circuit is discussed. The model behaves exactly as the switching transistor in both operation and timing. The model will be used in the logic simulator QUICKSIM, which normally executes two magnitudes faster than an analog circuit simulator. QUICKSIM is briefly described, and some simulation examples are given,
