Research on Differential Pricing Strategy of Closed-loop Supply Chain Based on Game

There is an assumption that in a two-echelon closed-loop supply chain which making up of a single manufacturer and a single retailer, the manufacturer commissions a kind of type products to the retailer for sale, moreover the retailer collects the used-products for the manufacture at the end of product life cycle. This paper analyzes how the node enterprise (i.e., the manufacturer and the retailer) to make pricing decision containing wholesale price, retail price, collection price and return transfer price in a two-echelon closed-loop supply chain based on game. It concludes that the system profits, collection price and sales quantity are higher in centralized decision-making than in decentralized decision-making, but retail price in centralized decision-making is lower than in Decentralized decision-making so as to achieve win-win between supply chain and consumers, which promotes economic and social sustainable development.
