Abstract
Possibility of identification of water from natural sources by the refraction factors measured with using of a method of string fluctuating in a liquid, and a method of capillary-waveguide resonance is shown. By means of simple equipment the offered methods allow defining electric characteristics of liquids operatively. The feature of methods is sufficient sensitivity to change micro water structure that allows using them for diagnostics of quality of potable water and identification of sources.
