Abstract :
Based on the intensive study the process of the prefabricated panel building in Beijing, The formatted questionnaire was designed, and according to the application and physical performance of the prefabricated panel building, 226 valid questionnaires were extended. Survey results showed that application and physical performance of panel building meet the basic users´ requirements, and it was agreed by the residents. On the other hand, physical performance such as outer wall quality, heat insulation, heat preservation effect and sound insulation still had some problems, and these aspects can not fulfill residents´ satisfaction, from the correlation analysis, these problems associated with external wall quality. During the development of industrialization building, we should pay more attention to the details of its application and physical performance, these performances would not only satisfy the basic utilization need, but also cater the building-buyer with the high quality, and the prefabricated production of new industrialization building need some scientific method, such as lean manufacture.
