A Study on Optimization of Management Mode of Ying-Rui Highway Construction Project of Jiangxi Province in China into Partnering

Through the analysis on status quo and problems of the Ying-rui Highway construction project management, this paper firstly discusses the necessity and possibility of the optimization of the project management mode into Partnering. Based on this, the paper offers suggestions for the optimization of the project management mode into Partnering, and these suggestions include clarifying obligation-authority-responsibility of each party, improving trust and cooperation, strengthening communication and coordination, optimizing motivation mode, and establishing risk management mechanism; further, the paper constructs the model of the optimization of Ying-rui Highway construction project management mode into Partnering.
