Abstract :
In economic globalization, industrial clusters are being the new direction of modern business enterprise development, and how to improve knowledge creation ability in industrial clusters is becoming more and more crucial. This paper raises a Knowledge Fermentation Model from the core components of knowledge creation in industrial clusters with reference to the related biotic theory, exposing the mechanism of knowledge creation in industrial clusters, moreover, this paper puts forward the way of improving the capablity of knowledge creation in industrial clusters. So, it provides the instruction to the way that the industrial clusters keep on the Sustainable development and competitive advantage depending on the knowledge creation.
