Abstract

College Quality Course could effectively development and integrate educational resources. At present, there are different degrees of quality problems in the management of College Quality Course in our country. This article applies the Quality Function Deployment (QFD)to the management of College Quality Course. Based on analyzing the situation of College Quality Course, it clarifies the object of study, identifies customer requirements and quality characteristics to find out the key factors in the management of College Quality Courses, and finally puts forward the approach to quality control and improvement of College Quality Courses management based on the accomplishment of quality planning according to “Juran´s Quality Trilogy”. It provides a new approach to improve the quality of College Quality Course management.
