Abstract :
The comprehensive approach to the problem of determining the conditions of radiowave propagation is presented. It involves the preparation of ground meteorological data and sodar data, and the subsequent preparation of the forecast. To verify the approach the data of measurements and various variants of mathematical treatment were used.
